Renting Conditions

The rent is for the castle. You have the exclusive use of the swimmin pool, sauna, tennis table, tennis and bikes. The cabin in a tree is not included. We deliver a house clean and take in charge the cleanig when you leave. We provide the laundry.

FINANCIAL CONDITIONS
a) A renting contract is established between us.
b) You pay a 25% down payment at the signature of the contract
c) The complement of the price and the caution is paid 15 days before your arrival..
B Is included in the price:
- cleaning of the chateau before your arrival and after your departur
- sheets, covers and laundry
- Electricity except for the sauna
- Hot and cold water
- Heating is not always necessary. It is provided at your request at a cost of 60€ per day.
OTHER SERVICES (not included in the rent)
The house keeper is located in a pavillon at the entrance of the chateau.
She can provide you with:
- buy the food for you
- prepare a meal
- serve you at the table
- clean the chateau during your stay
Payment has to be made directly to the house keeper.
